How can we work together?
A possible project process
We clarify the targets of the simulation in a preliminary discussion. I consult you on the possible approaches, both technically and commercially.
Once you have accepted my offer, we will discuss the details in a kick-off meeting. These include contact persons, data exchange, level of detail of geometry and simulation, loads and boundary conditions, non-linearities such as contacts and material.
The results of the first simulation must be checked particularly carefully for plausibility and then evaluated. If possible, they should be compared with tests or damage symptoms. We then determine the further progress of the project together.
I simulate several optimisations. The results are documented in a short report. Some simulation versions result from the intermediate results.
During the common evaluation of all simulation results, the final variation is defined and then carried out.
The final meeting has following content:
- Presentation and explanation of the final report
- Conclusions and further recommendations from the simulations
- Optional: Handover and explanation of the analysis data
- Acceptance of the final report by the client

Precondition:
There is a product that needs to be optimised. The advantages to be optimised are clearly measurable, for example mass or service life.
For my optimizations and simulations, I receive a defined share of the customer gain (the measurable benefits) as a fee over a defined period of time. In addition, my ongoing external costs are paid on a time and material basis.
Your advantage is a reduced risk. In addition, a larger part of the costs only has to be paid later.
